CRM outcomes for lead-generation agencies
Cost per qualified lead calculator
Enter spend and unique lead counts from the same cohort, use a consistent sales qualification definition and allow the same time for leads to mature
Calculate CPL and CPQL
The default values are illustrative, calculations stay in your browser, no numbers are sent to ProvenAd
Understand the result
CPL = spend / unique leads, CPQL = spend / unique qualified leads, qualification rate = qualified leads / leads
If no leads qualify, CPQL is undefined, this does not mean the acquisition cost is zero
If the outcome counts only include attributed leads, label the result accordingly and show attribution coverage alongside it
Before changing a budget
Check source consistency, duplicate records, cohort maturity and missing outcomes, this calculator does not establish profitability or a causal effect
Read the worked CPQL comparison and the coverage guide before using the numbers in a client report
